At TrustFord we are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to report to the Service Manager and oversee workshop staff and facilities efficiently. The role involves motivating technicians to meet targets, ensuring high productivity and quality of service, tracking vehicle progress through the workshop, and liaising with service reception to maintain customer satisfaction.
