We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our client's sales team in the UK who are a globally recognised Freight Forwarder. You will have a great suite of services at your disposal, working in a collaborative environment with Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Road Freight Product Heads as well as Operational teams. This role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities.
Actively selling UK Contract Logistics, Air, Ocean, Road Freight services
Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets
Updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/ Sales Management System
Experience in a hunter sales role with a focus on New Business Development
Experience with building pipelines and developing relationships with key stakeholders
Strong commercial focus and business acumen
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
