Role Description
We market and sell premium personal development programs and destination events. Your mission is to expand our customer base both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities include communication with potential clients and associates, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, team leadership, and daily personal development to drive the growth and success of our education products. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for personal achievement and contribution to society.
Requirements
* Advanced operator with 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership
* The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
* Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
* Have the goal to make 6 figures ++ a year
* Professional and personable communication style
* Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
* True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
