We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team.

Duties
* Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Develop innovative menus in line with current trends and customer preferences
* Manage food production schedules to meet service times efficiently
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
* Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area
* Uphold hospitality standards by supporting serving staff during busy periods when necessary
Experience
* Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
* Extensive food production and culinary experience across diverse cuisines
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
* Demonstrable expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
* Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
* Experience in leading a kitchen team with excellent leadership qualities
* Familiarity with managing restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence
