Recruitment Administrator / Sales support. Leeds city centre. Temp to permanent. Immediate. Full time, Monday to Friday. £13.00 to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience. You must be authorised to work in the UK.
About The Organisation
This business supports employers with job advertising and applicant marketing. The team is fast-paced, friendly and focused on delivering a smooth, reliable service. This role is central to keeping adverts live on time, improving performance, supporting the sales team, and keeping admin and client updates flowing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end admin process to ensure adverts are written, approved and posted across job boards within SLA.
* Create and update deals and tickets from enquiry through to advert request and go-live.
* Keep CRM and ATS records accurate and up to date, including credits, expiries and client details.
* Chase advert approvals, process amendments and keep everything progressing to deadlines.
* Manage job board activity, including budgets, performance monitoring, supplier queries and basic negotiations.
* Produce regular updates and reports on advert performance, spend and outcomes.
* Support candidate marketing activity, including social posts and basic PPC support where needed.
* Support the sales team with order processing, service delivery and first-line account support.
* Help keep the office running smoothly, including diary visibility, holiday coordination and internal comms.
Skills And Experience
* Ideally from a recruitment, resourcer, recruitment admin, or recruitment operations background.
* At least 3 years' administration experience, in a busy environment with competing priorities.
* Confident communicator by phone and email, with a professional and friendly approach.
* Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong follow-through and urgency.
* Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets and online platforms, and quick to learn new systems.
* A genuine team player who supports others, shares updates and takes ownership.
* Good judgement with data handling and awareness of GDPR expectations.
* Experience with job boards, advertising workflows, or sales support is beneficial.
