There is an opportunity to join our operations team, looking after the logistics of pre planning and delivering a variety of exhibitions and events. We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive for our Twickenham office, who is keen to learn within a fast paced environment. You will be working within the Operations Team across a number of Easyfairs exhibitions, based in the UK and overseas, managing Exhibitor orders and assisting with Exhibitor queries.
This role requires you to work from our Twickenham office 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after the completion of a probationary period.
Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the exhibitor stand orders and assist exhibitors with their pre-show orders to achieve revenue targets
* Liaise with exhibitors to ensure all receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post-show
* Manage and produce exhibitor manuals
* Conduct regular floorplan and exhibitor list audits
* Run the organiser office onsite
* Provide administrative support and form collation
* Support the operations team pre-show and onsite during the show seasons. Predominantly UK based with potential for onsite working at overseas shows.
* Act as point of contact for exhibitor and their stand queries
* Complete administrative tasks including booking of accommodation and travel for show team
* Develop a professional working relationship with internal teams and external contractors and liaise with them across all services
Essential Criteria
* Previous work experience in the exhibition or events sector
* High standards of communication via email and over the phone
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
* Impeccable customer service and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
* Competence in Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Excel
* Floorplan management and audits experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Awareness of Health and Safety onsite
* IOSH certification is desirable but not essential
