Key Responsibilities:

3. Regularly assess pupils' progress and provide feedback in line with the school's reporting system.
4. Communicate effectively with parents or carers, keeping them duly involved in their child's educational journey.
Requirements and Qualifications:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant certification for support staff roles.
6. Proven experience teaching Foundation/Nursery level, or in a similar role.
7. A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
8. A strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
9. Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
