This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of a former factory into a Single Aisle production site. You will be responsible for driving enablement initiatives, implementing new ways of working, and exploring external tooling solutions to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead enablement for the old factory through best practices and innovative working methods. Develop and implement an enablement governance framework in collaboration with the Plant Capex team. Identify and integrate new technologies and tooling solutions to support sustainability goals. Provide leadership and development for Enablement teams. Oversee daily tool control processes and LOLER management. Drive FOD (Foreign Object Debris) improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with EHS and Airworthiness standards. Champion the SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) process to identify and implement improvements. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in aviation, production, or manufacturing environments. Strong facilitation and leadership skills. Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities. Comfortable managing change and driving continuous improvement. Experience over formal qualifications are preferred. Familiarity with project delivery to cost, timescales, and quality standards.
