About The Role
You will be part of a team responding to inquiries about refuse and recycling, council tax, housing, environmental issues, electoral roll, licensing, parking, and community safety. You will assist customers in accessing and paying for services via face-to-face, telephone, and email channels. Agile working arrangements may be considered after training.
This is a part-time role – 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
About You
Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy customer service environment and be computer literate. Experience with customer service technology systems is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should communicate effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face, and be capable of learning all council services using provided procedures. A 'Customer First' attitude is essential.
