Job Title: Project Manager – Managed Services, Oracle Hospitality PMS (German Speaking) Location: Germany / Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee a managed services contract delivering Oracle Hospitality PMS support to a key client. The Project Manager will have primary responsibility for budget control, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across three service desk teams and one Service Delivery Manager, all operating within an ITIL-aligned framework. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial management of the managed services engagement, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and regular financial reporting to both internal and client stakeholders. • Coordinate activities with the service desk team and the Service Delivery Manager to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Monitor adherence to contract terms, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and service levels are consistently met. • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify process improvements, address escalations, and drive continual service quality enhancement. • Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding project governance, scope management, and financial matters. • Ensure the service operation complies with ITIL best practices, particularly regarding Incident, Problem, and Change Management. • Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to report on performance, financials, and improvement initiatives. • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with contractual, security, privacy, and data protection obligations. • Support resource planning and workforce management across all service desks. • Prepare and present detailed project, financial, and performance reports to Oracle senior management and client leadership. Requirements: • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). • Demonstrated experience in project management of managed services or IT operations contracts, with strong budget and resource management focus. • Knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks and ITSM best practices. • Experience supporting or managing service desk teams, particularly in enterprise or hospitality environments. • Excellent financial acumen with a proven track record of managing budgets for complex service contracts. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient with ITSM tools, Excel, and project management or budgeting platforms. • Ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic client environments and balance multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or Hospitality Management. • ITIL Foundation certification. • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). • Experience in Oracle Hospitality PMS environments.
