Responsibilities
* Deliver highway designs to programme, budget and technical standards, incorporating Authority and statutory requirements.
* Manage team resources and support cross-office collaboration to meet project priorities.
* Review, approve and provide feedback on design outputs in line with DMRB/MCHW and local guidance.
* Promote innovation, ensure CDM and Health & Safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
The Person / Qualifications
* Expertise in highway design, drainage design, and use of relevant software
* Background in consultancy or civil engineering environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
* Keen to build a long-term career with structured progression
