Job Title: Export Coordinator Location: Redditch, Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM in office What the Job Is About: You’ll help UK-based customers send goods overseas by sea. That means you'll be handling all the paperwork, booking shipments, and making sure everything is done correctly and on time. You’ll be working closely with customers, your team, and other offices to make sure exports go smoothly. What You’ll Actually Do: * Book shipments (containers or part-loads) to send goods abroad. * Give quotes (how much it will cost) to customers. * Fill out export paperwork, including customs forms and Bill of Lading * Enter info into the company’s computer system. * Talk with customers, shipping lines, hauliers and colleagues via phone and email. * Solve problems if shipments are delayed or incorrect. * Make sure customers are billed the right amount. * Prepare reports if needed. * Handle general admin work Who They're Looking For: * Someone with at least 2 years of experience doing sea/ocean exports. * You must know how to handle bookings, customs entries, and bills of lading. * You should be organised, detail-oriented, and motivated. * Someone who can work well with a team and wants to help the company do even better.
