The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal who enjoys working closely with the business and advising on a wide range of commercial and data protection matters in a dynamic tech environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Advising on, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts (including SaaS, supplier, customer, and NDA agreements)
* Supporting the business on data protection matters, including GDPR compliance, data processing agreements, and privacy queries
* Assisting with contract management processes and maintaining contract templates
* Working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and operations teams
* Supporting the legal team on ad hoc commercial and regulatory projects as the business continues to scale
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a Commercial Paralegal role (in‑house or private practice)
* Strong experience advising on commercial contracts
* Working knowledge of data protection/GDPR
* Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
* A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
