The phlebotomy home visiting team is a city-wide service providing phlebotomy and other observations to patients who are housebound and unable to visit their GP practice. The service covers the entire city of Bradford.
We have a vacancy for a Band 2 Health Care Support Worker to join our team.
The role involves visiting patients at home to perform blood tests and other observations such as blood pressure and weight measurement. Skills in using electronic health records are advantageous, although training will be provided.
