Salary: Up to £25,100 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role
* Complete postal deliveries and collections of incoming/outgoing mail from departments/units and distribute/deliver, including parcels.
* Sort and distribute all outgoing mail/parcels into various mail bags for collection by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
* Maintain the fleet vehicle in line with ADSL processes and procedures, including regular checks.
* Liaise with all customers, the Authority and other users to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Input and maintain accurate information in IT systems such as MODNet and ADSL systems.
* Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required by the Office Services Team Leader.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths. Full clean driving licence.
* Experience: Strong administrative and organisational skills with flexibility to prioritise tasks. Experience working in a face‑to‑face customer service role.
* Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. A practical, proactive approach with strong initiative.
