ABOUT THE ROLE
To plan and execute an efficient and effective marketing programme and supporting strategy development for Kaleidoscope and supporting brands.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Campaign Management: Take responsibility for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with commercial objectives and brand guidelines across multiple channels, with specific focus on direct mail (may also include email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and web, etc.).
* Content and Trading Coordination: Oversee content planning efforts by collaborating with internal teams to ensure all necessary materials and information are effectively gathered and organized for briefing of campaigns.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with buying, creative, planning and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
* CRM Strategy Execution: Implement and enhance the brand's CRM strategy, focusing on customer targeting, lifecycle management, and product strategies & stories.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future initiatives and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Optimization Support: Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness and drive engagement.
* Budget Management: Maintain oversight of budgetary aspects by managing cost trackers and purchase orders (POs), ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand values, regulatory legal requirements, and company policies, maintaining high standards of compliance.
* Trading Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily trading performance, producing comprehensive weekly reports.

ABOUT YOU
* Experience in relevant areas of CRM marketing
* Analytical and strong excel and reporting skills.
* A keen interest in retail fashion / homeware marketing.
* Educated in Marketing, Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, OR have relevant experience
* High level of drive and motivation
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Can work individually or as part of a team
* Able to commute to Bradford city centre
