Are you a skilled Multi‑Skilled Carpenter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance?We’re working exclusively with a confidential, well‑established property maintenance provider seeking an experienced trades professional to join their Responsive Repairs Team in Louth and nearby areas.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation focused on maintaining and improving homes to an excellent standard.
The Role
You will be working within occupied domestic properties, carrying out high‑quality carpentry work as your main trade, while also handling a range of additional basic multi‑trade tasks. Every day is different — you’ll meet a wide variety of customers and represent the team with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. First‑class carpentry repairs and maintenance
2. Delivering multi‑trade tasks including basic plumbing, plaster patching, decorating and tiling
3. Maintaining high levels of customer service inside occupied homes
4. Ensuring work ispleted safely, efficiently, and to “right first time” standards
5. Managing jobs via PDA/device and keeping work on schedule
What We’re Looking For
6. NVQ Level 2 Carpentry (or equivalent)
7. Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi‑Skilled Carpenter
8. Experience within domestic repairs or property maintenance
9. Strong organisational skills and ability to keep workloads moving
10. Confident working independently andmunicating with customers
11. Good IT skills and experience using PDAs or electronic work systems
12. Full UK Driving Licence (essential for this mobile role)
13. Ability to pass a DBS check
