Fire and Security Operations Manager Company based South Croydon Salary £45k-£50k Job Responsibilities * Manage Performance levels of our Project team * Manage all compliance requirements * Manage all health and safety requirement * Manage design department and all technical vetting for both service and installation works if required * Allocating engineering resource accordingly to achieve project delivery targets * Management of all sub-contracted labour * Management of company fleet * Management of all company plant and equipment * Management of logistics * Providing all necessary reports, assisting leadership team in goal setting * Point of escalation for project challenges both internally and externally * Supporting operational performance * Working closely with the Senior Management Team to set up goals that promote the growth of the business. * Work with Directors to prepare budgets, schedules and any other documents that are required by the business. * Developing plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs within the business. * Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements * Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation * Contribute and lead development in the areas of engineering, co-ordination, administration and purchasi...
