The Role
You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and inheritance tax matters
* General private client advisory work
The role offers a high level of autonomy, with administrative and secretarial support provided.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
* Proven experience in Private Client law
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong client‑care and communication skills
* Availability for a locum assignment (duration negotiable)
