Overview
As a Manufacturing Operative working in our packhouse, you will play a vital role in the preparation, packing, and quality checking of fresh produce. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team to meet customer specifications and maintain excellent food safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Packing and labelling fresh produce ready for distribution.
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure produce meets company and customer standards.
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
* Following hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures at all times.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
* Supporting colleagues and working flexibly to meet production targets.
Qualifications / Skills
* Good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Flexible approach to tasks and working hours.
* No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
