Monday:Friday 3:Shift : 6am:2pm / 2pm:10pm / 10pm:6am
Our client is a leading multi:national FMCG manufacturing and packaging organisation that is growing as a business. They are looking for an electrical biased shift engineer to join their expanding and supportive team.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide electrical and mechanical support and repairs for all high:speed production lines
* Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and project work
* Working on conveyors, pick and place robots, fillers, cappers, blister packers, extruders, mixers, labellers, wrappers, palletisers, stackers, automation and controls, PLCs, silos
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
* Use of Piranha CMMS systems
* Project work : machine upgrades, installations and continuous improvements
* Improve equipment reliability and operational OEE of manufacturing plant
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Must be a multi:skilled engineer : electrical, mechanical, machining, fabrication and welding
* Ideally have completed an accredited apprenticeship to level 3 electrical standards
* HNC qualified preferred
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and root cause analysis skills
* Experience of working in high:speed FMCG manufacturing
* PLC : electrical fault:finding skills
* Beneficial to have use Piranha CMMS system
* Team player, driven and enthusiastic
* Have been involved with project work and continuous improvement activities
* Essential to have worked on high:speed packaging and production machinery
* Any experience of dealing with site services/facilities maintenance would be an advantage
