Mechanical or Electrical Commissioning Manager – Commercial Projects
Location: London
Contract Length: Initial 3 months (likely to extend)
Rate: DOE | Outside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager (Mechanical and/or Electrical) to join their team on a commercial project in London. The role will suit someone who can take ownership of their discipline and ensure smooth delivery of commissioning on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commissioning activities for mechanical or electrical systems
* Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and project managers
* Ensure all systems are tested, balanced, and documented appropriately
* Support final handover and snagging processes
* Monitor quality and programme compliance
Requirements:
* Extensive commissioning experience
* Confident communicator with strong technical knowledge
* Experience delivering commercial schemes preferred
