Built around a fully remote working model, the team collaborates effectively through structured workflows, regular engagement, and ongoing development. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Paraplanner/Trainee Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering excellent client oues.
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing paraplanning function, supporting financial advisers with a wide range of client-focused activities. You will work within a structured environment, using established templates and processes to prepare documentation, carry out research, and assist with ongoing servicing.
The role offers exposure to high-net-worth clients andplex financial planning, providing a strong foundation for long-term career development within paraplanning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist financial advisers in preparing:Suitability reportsFinancial rmendations
2. Conduct research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
3. Maintain accurate andpliant client records across internal systems and provider platforms
4. Ensure all client files meet regulatory andpliance standards
5. Support administration tasks relating to new business submissionsClient onboardingOngoing servicing and reviews
6. Action client-related transactions ( contributions, withdrawals, fund switches)
7. Collaborate with advisers and the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience
8. Monitor provider updates and regulatory changes relevant to rmendations
9. Develop technical knowledge of financial planning products and advice processes
Requirements (Essential)
10. Minimum 3+ years’ experience within a financial services administration or financial advisory environment
11. Strong understanding of financial services processes and client life cycle
12. Solid administrative background with excellent organisational skills
13. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
14. Strong writtenmunication skills, particularly for report preparation
15. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
16. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Desirable Skills & Experience
17. Exposure to paraplanning or report writing
18. Knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning ( CGT, IHT)
19. Experience using financial planning or workflow systems
