Consumer Operations Representative (Voice Role)
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire / Hybrid (Home & Office) after 3 months
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and professional communication
Process claims accurately and efficiently in line with company policies
Keep customers informed and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey
Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver great outcomesWhat We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable, team-oriented, and aligned with values of excellence, integrity, innovation, responsibility, and inclusion
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essentialTraining & Development:
4-week classroom-based training (no holidays during this period)
Ongoing support and clear progression opportunitiesWorking Hours:
Monday-Friday rotating shifts:
* 08:30-16:45
* 08:45-17:00
* 09:15-17:30
