We’re recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a well-established, growing business that’s got a great team, solid processes, and a down-to-earth working culture. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract, but there’s a strong chance it’ll be extended or made permanent for the right person.
This is ideal for someone who loves a bit of variety, wants to feel part of something, and is happy to get stuck into a varied finance role.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing invoices, payments, expenses, and reconciliations
Supporting with month-end duties and general finance admin
Handling queries from across the business with a helpful approach
Getting involved in a range of finance tasks and supporting the wider team
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a finance assistant or transactional accounts role
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable
Positive, friendly, and ready to get going quickly
