A brand-new position, created to support the Commercial FD and partner directly with Sales, Marketing and Brand leaders. It's a rare chance to put finance at the heart of how brands perform in market — from pricing and promotions to product launches and marketing investment.
Alongside the partnering, you'll work side-by-side with the FD and CFO on high-impact projects: introducing sharper forecasting tools, building a proper budget cadence, improving planning processes, and supporting acquisitions. This is finance influencing the future of the business, not just reporting on it.

About you
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
* Experienced in working closely with commercial teams and influencing decisions.
* Comfortable moving between detail and the bigger picture, bringing clarity and insight.
* Collaborative and engaging, able to build strong relationships at senior level.
The package
* £80,000 base salary
* 15% bonus
