As a fast-moving company with a start-up mentality, we’re growing quickly — and we’re now looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our expanding ecommerce team.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical member to join our Merchandising team as a Data Analyst. This role will support end-to-end visibility and performance by analysing product movement, inventory levels, sales trends, and vendor performance. The ideal candidate will help translate complex datasets and sales information into actionable insights that help aid demand planning, inventory management, and merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
 * Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the supply chain and merchandising lifecycle.
 * Build and maintain reports for cross-functional stakeholders to support decision making (buying, merchandising and operations)
 * Support forecasting, inventory allocation, and replenishment strategies by providing timely and data-driven insights.
 * Track KPIs such as sell-through rates, availability, and inventory values.
 * Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and overstock scenarios.
 * Automate data workflows and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency through tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or BI platforms.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
 * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
 * Experience as a Data Analyst within a retail environment.
 * Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
 * Understanding of supply chain concepts and merchandising metrics.
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
 * Experience with forecasting models or statistical tools.
Salary
 * £27,000-£29,000 per year
