Responsibilities
Preparing accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets.
Monitoring and reporting on project expenditure.
Producing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and procurement documents.
Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress and contractual compliance.
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
Assisting with dispute resolution and handling claims when required.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of cost control and contract administration.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Degree or relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships advantageous).
