We are looking to recruit a Junior Office Assistant to join us in our expanding, friendly office for 1 day per week. Hours may increase during busy periods.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Electronic scanning and filing
Sorting & franking various postal items
Answering the telephone
Immediate start available for the right candidate
Own transport required due to the location of the site
Administrative Duties:
* Carrying out requests from management as needed
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
