Role Overview
We have an exciting and challenging role as a Wound Closure & Healing – Inside & Virtual Sales Specialist.
Purpose of the role
This role is critical to the success of our Surgery Wound Closure & Healing portfolio, focusing on lead generation and backorder management, with 70% of time on Inside Sales activities and 30% on Virtual Sales Support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads and arrange trials for our field team.
2. Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including CRM, social media, and industry events.
3. Qualify leads and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
5. Collaborate with marketing to create lead generation campaigns.
6. Achieve sales targets as per performance cycle.
7. Engage with customers remotely, providing updates, education, and solutions.
8. Use digital channels and social media to build relationships and promote products.
9. Develop and execute business plans for your customer base.
10. Build relationships with NHS and private sector partners, providing product updates and support.
11. Develop account plans focusing on servicing and upgrading customers.
12. Share market insights internally to inform business strategies.
13. Promote our product portfolio effectively and maintain clinical expertise.

* Experience in MedTech sales, preferably in Wound Closure.
* Ability to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
