About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Regional Finance Director to lead financial operations across our assigned geographic region. In this strategic leadership position, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, guide regional financial strategy, and serve as a trusted business partner to regional and global leadership.
You will be instrumental in driving financial discipline, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to the long‑term growth of CP Group.
What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership & Governance
* Lead, mentor, and develop regional finance teams to build strong technical capability and high performance.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial reporting with accuracy and strategic insight.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, audit requirements, and local financial regulations.
* Partner with Global Treasury to manage cash flow, working capital, foreign currency exposure, and financial risk.
Strategic Influence & Decision Support
* Provide data‑driven analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Lead initiatives to improve profitability, optimize costs, and strengthen financial discipline across the region.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
* Support the transition of local back‑office activities to centralized Centers of Excellence.
Operational Partnership
* Collaborate closely with operations, plant leadership, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to achieve business goals.
* Represent the finance function in interactions with auditors, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Work with corporate functional leaders to align regional priorities with enterprise‑wide strategy and long‑term objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including 5+ years leading teams in multi‑site or multinational environments.
* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and advanced financial analysis.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting platforms, and financial tools.
* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
