Pay: From £12.67 pr hr plus enhancements for night shifts/weekends, and overtime. Potential hourly rate of £15.20

* Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional care.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Provide first aid and respond to emergencies.
* Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Maintain up-to-date care plans and liaise with families and health professionals.
* Ensure safety, security, and safeguarding protocols are followed.
* Deliver thorough handovers and ensure continuity of care.
