Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs. Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans. Support behaviour management and promote emotional regulation strategies. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Requirements for the SEMH TA role: Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or additional needs. Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to build resilience and encourage independence in pupils. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
