Due to continued expansion, Heritage Apparel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support operations within our busy third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day activities, ensure service levels are met, and maintain a safe, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee goods-in/out, stock control, and dispatch
* Supervise and support warehouse staff
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Help manage performance
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in 3PL or warehouse operations
* Strong team leadership and organisational skills
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Familiarity with WMS systems is a plus
