Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Macclesfield
Compensation
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Bonus Potential: Up to £1,500 per month
OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+ per annum
Working Hours
Trading hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday; 11:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, profitability and KPI delivery.
* Lead, coach and develop your team to consistently exceed targets.
* Create a high-performance culture where accountability and motivation go hand in hand.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
* Analyse performance data, identify opportunities and implement action plans.
* Ensure visual standards and operational excellence are maintained at all times.
* Recruit, mentor and develop talent within your store.
* Work closely with the Franchise Owner and Operations Manager to drive commercial growth.
* Lead from the front: set the standard in attitude, energy and sales focus.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Confident in managing performance: able to challenge, coach and develop others.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Commercially aware, data-driven and able to spot opportunities to grow revenue.
* Passionate about technology and customer experience.
* Self-motivated and financially driven: someone who backs themselves to earn well through performance.
