I am currently recruiting for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business based in Enfield. This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who can take ownership of the CRM strategy, build automated lifecycle campaigns, and use data to drive continual improvement across the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
As a CRM and Email Marketing Manager, you will:
1. Own and develop the CRM and email marketing strategy to drive lead nurturing, conversion and retention
2. Build, test and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns using segmentation, personalisation and behavioural triggers
3. Deliver performance reporting, uncover insights and data-ledrecommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
4. Champion customer journey mapping and contribute to improving user experience across all touchpoints
Requirements:
As a CRM and Email Marketing Manager, you will need:
5. Proven experience in a CRM and email marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong experience using CRM platforms (, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar) and marketing automation tools
7. A track record of successfully building automated email journeys that drive measurable results
8. Confident with data and analytics – able to segment audiences, analyse campaign performance and apply insights
