Offer description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join our Expenses department as an Expenses Administrator at our Altrincham office. Hybrid working options are available subject to training and probation (2 days at home and 3 days in the office).

The salary is £26,500 for this role. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

The Role:

* Daily task of processing expenses. Accuracy is required to ensure expenses are allowable and processed for the correct contractor
* Review claims before processing to ensure they are compliant with company policy and HMRC
* Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
* Managing expenses cases
* Reconciliation of expenses processed
* Responding to queries to validate expenses from the Payroll Administrators
* Understand the elements of a payslip including Umbrella income to employment income, holiday pay, commission, all deductions types and if they pre or post tax
* Ensure all daily deadlines are met with particular attention to year end
* Provide excellent customer service and be able to deal with any enquiries in a courteous, professional and efficient manner

* Ability to communicate clearly to clients, contractors and colleagues
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Ability to work effectively in a team

Requirements:

* Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
* Administration experience
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel
