Ideal Candidate
You would have several years of experience working in a similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong background in a variety of cuisines and knowledge of modern cooking techniques and equipment. You should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies. You should possess a creative flair and a passion for food, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff are also important.
