Stafforce Carlisle are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Client Relationship Consultant for a business working in the renewable energy sector. This role will be offered on a permanent, self-employed consultancy contract, with working hours spanning 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
This role is commission based, extremely fast paced and requires rapid responses for customers and third-party organisations. We're only seeking candidates who thrive in a dynamic and high-expectation working environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Providing best-in-class client experience to service users, with telephone, SMS and email contact
* Ensuring all compliance documents are provided correctly and quickly to the relevant recipient
* Rapidly responding to incoming requests, client communications and resolving any issues promptly
* Ensuring all KPI targets are hit consistently by constant liaison with third parties and clients
* Use provided training to expertly provide knowledge of compliance requirements, ensuring a 'right-first-time' approach
* Updating spreadsheets and the CRM
* Handling complex calls, including delivering disappointing outcomes to service users
* Meticulously adhering to SOPs
