We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator / Expeditor to support the supply chain team at a global engineering company based in Stoke-On-Trent. This is an ongoing contract positioon, a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and support critical purchasing and vendor coordination actiities. Responsibilities: Expedite and chase Purchase Orders to meet business needs and SLAs Communicate with vendors and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of materials Maintain accurate and up-to-date shortage reports and MRP system (Navision) records Track orders from placement to delivery; investigate and resolve delays or discrepancies Liaise across departments to understand material needs and ensure timely supply Check and inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy Ensure invoices and shipping paperwork are handled correctly Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams Produce performance and expediting metrics and reports Represent the company professionally and follow all compliance, quality, and ethical standards Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Purchase Order and expediting processes Experience with MRP/ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Navision or D365 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills Previous experience in a fast-paced supply chain or procurement team Agile PLM experience is a p...
