We're looking for someone with vendor or commercial contract management experience seeking a contracting role.
Overview
Join a small but high-impact Vendor Management team responsible for overseeing suppliers delivering IT equipment and services across the business. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role involving daily interaction with procurement, legal, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an account manager for suppliers providing IT services and equipment.
* Oversee contract renewals, change requests, disputes, and purchase order management.
* Monitor SLA performance and engage with business owners when supplier delivery falls short.
* Facilitate regular supplier performance reviews, lead conflict resolution where required, and ensure contract compliance.
* Develop and maintain SMART KPIs to track vendor performance and value for money.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier governance aligns with contractual obligations.
* Support procurement activities (RFIs, benchmarking, selection processes) and help define support/maintenance schedules.
* Take ownership of budget tracking and reporting related to supplier services.

Required Experience
* 3+ years in Telecoms, Cable, or similar industry
* Experience managing various vendor contracts (e.g., support, outsourced services)
* Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset
* Solid understanding of procurement, governance, and service delivery processes
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Experience in commercial, procurement, or vendor/service management
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Service Management)
