We are opening a new two-bedded home for children with learning disabilities, such as autism, providing them with a safe, nurturing home that celebrates them for who they are. What you bring
We’re looking for strong, compassionate leaders who are committed to making a difference. You will bring:
* At least two years’ experience within the last five years in a role relevant to residential childcare, and at least one year in a role that involved the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
* Significant experience in residential childcare, including leadership or deputy management.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* A proven ability to lead and develop a team that delivers outstanding, trauma‑informed care.
* A strong understanding of supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for ensuring children are seen, heard, and valued every single day.
* The resilience and sturdiness to lead through both the rewarding and challenging moments.
