What you will do: Lead a portfolio of complex audit engagements, ensuring delivery to the highest technical standards. Manage, mentor and develop a growing team of qualified and part-qualified staff. Build strong relationships with a diverse client base, providing advice and insights beyond audit. Support partners in practice development, client tendering and wider business initiatives. Current or recent experience at Senior Manager level within a reputable practice. Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge, with experience of managing complex assignments. Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of developing teams. Commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities for clients and the firm.
