Overview

Hours: 20 hours per week, 08:00 to 12:00. In addition, for 5 weeks per year you will need to be available to work full-time to cover the Building Manager during their annual leave. You will also commit to supporting two large annual events which can run into the evening (overtime paid). As a Receptionist at Securitas, you'll do more than protect what's important—you'll empower people to thrive. Your presence will make others feel welcome and supported. Your role is an essential part of something bigger, providing flexibility and support to our Building Manager on every shift. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional professional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Handle telephone enquiries in line with guidelines and customer requirements.
* Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, catering and refreshment needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
* Visit supermarkets and outlets when required.
* Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Building Manager.

Qualifications

* The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
* Full UK Driving license (issued prior to 1997 and/or have Category D1 listed).
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Impeccable communication skills in English—proficient in both written and spoken English.
* Proven experience in Front of House and Reception duties.
* Confident in driving an 8-seater minibus (you will be required to visit supermarkets, outlets and other locations as requested by the Building Manager).
