Supply Logistics Agent
Location: Belfast (Onsite)
Hours: 36 per week (Mon-Thu 8:15-16:45, Fri 08:00-12:00)
Pay: £21.68 p/h PAYE | £29.00 p/h Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS (arranged by Airbus)
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
* Ensure accurate, timely reporting of supply chain data to the operations team.
* Maintain high levels of data quality across all operational systems.
* Manage parameters to support efficient asset utilisation.
* Work collaboratively within a Natural Team environment.
* Communicate Parts Supply Enablement profiles clearly and proactively.
* Produce and analyse forward load and capacity plans—including Line of Balance updates.
* Ensure timely delivery of parts to shopfloor teams and external customers.
* Provide visibility and governance across inventory, scheduling, kitting, and system data accuracy.
What You'll Bring
* An HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS), plus at least 2 years' supply chain experience.
* Alternatively: 3+ years' relevant experience in supply chain without formal qualifications.
* Experience using MRP planning systems (essential).
* A solid understanding of supply chain processes.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* The ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
