Your new company A long-established and successful company based in Newry with a recognised brand is now seeking a strong credit controller to work alongside the Accountant. This will be a varied role and will suit a candidate who has worked in a busy finance function. Your new role Reporting to the finance manager, you will be responsible for; *Key support across all day-to-day credit operations *Maintain sales ledger *Run daily direct debits, and take payments over the phone *Deal with multiple customer queries via phone and email *Deal with varying jurisdictions on the Island of Ireland What you'll need to succeed Experience in credit control Excellent telephone manner Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines Proficient in Excel A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-up Keen eye for details and good numeracy skills with a 'Can Do' attitude.
