Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for proven experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration, ideally 2-4 years. We need strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request. We require hands-on experience with a configuration-first development approach. We value exposure to integrations, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices. We need strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. ITIL v4 Foundation is desirable. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or specialist certifications are desirable. Responsibilities: We will own the health, performance, stability, and scalability of our ServiceNow platform. We will manage upgrades, testing cycles, and remediation of issues. We will oversee integrations, MID servers, and platform lifecycle activities. We will deliver solutions using a configuration-first approach, including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer. We will build custom solutions only where there is a clear business need. We will develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and identity platforms. We will enforce platform standards, including naming conventions, update set management, and security controls. We will support data model integrity and alignment with best practice frameworks such as ITIL and CSDM. We will contribute to architectural decisions and the direction of the platform. We will own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment controls. We will ensure regression testing and platform reliability. We will monitor performance, manage technical debt, and maintain operational excellence. We will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape the backlog and requirements. We will provide technical guidance, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing across the team.
