The Opportunity
The Chief Commercial Officer will hold responsibility for all revenue-generating functions across the organisation. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, encompassing both new business growth and the successful integration and optimisation of acquired customer portfolios.
You will shape and deliver the company’s revenue growth strategy through effective planning, advanced data analysis, and highly customer-centric execution.
Key areas of focus will include:
New business acquisition
Cross-sell and up-sell strategy
Customer retention and experience
Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will ensure that product development, operational capability, and long-term value creation remain fully aligned with customer and commercial objectives.
