Your new role
As Production Manager, you’ll lead the knitting department, overseeing production performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for achieving key targets in output, quality, waste reduction, and machine uptime. The role involves close collaboration with planning, maintenance, and new product development teams. You’ll also manage staffing, training, and HR processes while ensuringpliance with health and safety and quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have proven experience leading teams, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment. Strongmunication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive and analytical mindset. While experience in textiles is desirable, it’s not essential—what matters most is your leadership capability and drive to deliver results.
