Responsibilities
To act as the first response to requests for Estates and Campus Service at the University’s estate. Received and dealing with requests by telephone, e‑mail or other electronic means, recording such requests on the Estate Management System. To liaise with suppliers to ensure queries are addressed promptly in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Schedule
The Help Desk will be open from 07.00 to 19.00 hours and will be covered by the following shifts, Monday to Friday.
* Early; 07:00 to 15.45
* Late; 10:15 to 19:00
* (1 Hour + 10mins will be taken for lunch)
This position is working on‑site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held week commencing 08 December 2025.
